The Start of “Art in the Wyoming Valley”
To add a little more craziness and excitement, I’m taking a big leap this year and starting a new arts and fine craft event! I visited the Wyoming Valley School Cultural Art Center – a small Frank Lloyd Wright designed building he did as a school for the farm kids around Taliesin in Spring Green. It’s 3.5 miles south of his famous abode here.
We will have 20 plus artists and fine craftspersons inside the building and Makers, Bakers and Plant growers outside on the grounds. I’m working on getting a couple of food trucks there as well. The event will be May 2nd and 3rd from 10AM – 4PM daily. Join us for the promise of a delightful viewing of the building and an enjoyable day. Open to the public for free. We hope you’ll bring a friend or two and/or your family and join in for this new venture!
